Day 4: Flemish Ardennes – Kortrijk

The end of our journey is in sight. Today we head towards our final destination, Kortrijk. But first, we conquer one last stretch of the Flemish Ardennes. Once again, the route takes us over a few cobbled sections, before the landscape gradually softens. 

In the final kilometres, we arrive along the River Leie. Its banks roll out the red carpet towards Kortrijk. The city is perfectly suited to slow cycling. We ride through the historic centre and stop to explore its rich heritage, with the centuries-old Beguinage leaving a lasting impression. 

At the very end of the ride, a pleasant surprise awaits: the fair is in town. A spectacular finale to an unforgettable cycling adventure.
